  • Workstation Monitoring
  • Deep System Scan reporting when requested
  • E-Enable Email Alerts and Notification
  • Membership pricing for remote and on-site service (projects to be quoted separately, based on time and materials)
  • E-Enable Priority Service (a single point of contact, plus one alternate contact for authorizing service)

E-Enable Tier 2

Monitoring of your network including:

  • Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Subscription
  • Workstation Monitoring
  • Deep System Scan reporting when requested
  • E-Enable Email Alerts and Notification
  • Membership pricing for remote and on-site service (projects to be quoted separately, based on time and materials)
  • E-Enable Priority Service (a single point of contact, plus one alternate contact for authorizing service)
  • Includes all of Tier 1 Support
  • Included Phone Support and Remote Services (during business hours)

E-Enable Tier 3

Monitoring of your network including:

  • Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Subscription
  • Workstation Monitoring
  • Deep System Scan reporting when requested
  • E-Enable Email Alerts and Notification
  • E-Enable Priority Service (a single point of contact, plus one alternate contact for authorizing service)
  • Includes all of Tier 1 and 2 Support
  • Included On-Site Support during business hours (projects to be quoted separately, based on time and materials. May not include travel time*)

Please Note: Equipment/Hardware is not included in contract pricing and will be billed separately.
* Travel time will be addressed on a case by case basis and may result in additional fees, depending on distance.
